Welcome to Mark Dodson and… Established in my own field, I have over 35 years experience, including over the last 11 years working in and owning my 1 Star Michelin Restaurant and Pub here on the edge of Exmoor in Devon. For 12 years I was Head Chef of a 3 Star Michelin Restaurant and also Executive Head Chef of a top 5 star Country House Hotel.

This is mine…

I am proud to launch my long anticipated book 'This is mine' reflecting on a truly starry career while showcasing my recipes that have made my restaurant one of the finest rural eateries in the UK.

The Masons Arms achieved a Michelin Star six months after opening and retains the accolade.

The book showcases fabulous game dishes among an array of 70 recipes all tailored to the domestic kitchen.
