Established in my own field, I have over 35 years experience, including over the last 11 years working in and owning my 1 Star Michelin Restaurant and Pub here on the edge of Exmoor in Devon. For 12 years I was Head Chef of a 3 Star Michelin Restaurant and also Executive Head Chef of a top 5 star Country House Hotel.
